PM Mudra Loan Scheme: The Government of India runs many schemes for the people of the country. People from different sections of the country benefit from these schemes. The central government also brings many schemes especially for the youth of the country. So that they can get maximum benefits. Youth are the future of the country and the government is constantly trying to strengthen the future. Keeping this in mind, the Government of India started a scheme in the year 2015 called Mudra Loan Yojana.

Under which loans are provided to young entrepreneurs to set up and expand their business. Earlier, loans up to Rs 10 lakh were given under the Mudra scheme. But now its amount has been increased to Rs 20 lakh. But if a person makes this mistake, then he does not get the benefit of the Mudra scheme. Let us tell you what that mistake is.

Lack of knowledge about the business

Mudra loan is given by the central government to promote self-employment. So that people can do their business well at a small level and can give employment opportunities to more people. But to take a loan under this scheme, it is necessary for you to have good knowledge about business. Because when you apply for a Mudra loan. Then you have to tell in which field you want to start a business. The field you have mentioned in the application.

And if you do not have knowledge about the business related to that field, then your application for Mudra loan can be rejected. Often many people make this mistake. And due to this mistake, they do not get the loan, that is why it is very important that you get good information about the field in which you want to start a business. And only then apply.

How much loan do you get?

Under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, entrepreneurs are given loans without any guarantee. Under the scheme, loans are given in three categories: Shishu, Kishor and Tarun. In the Shishu category, a loan of up to Rs 50,000 is given. In the Kishor category, you are given a loan ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 5 lakh.

The last category, called Tarun category, earlier used to provide loans up to Rs 10 lakh. Now, loans up to Rs 20 lakh are provided under it. However, to avail a loan of Rs 20 lakh, you have to repay the loan taken earlier on time.
